What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, STEP, 3MF, and OBJ files. If your file is in another format, contact us and we can usually convert it.
How long does printing take?
Most orders complete within 24–48 hours of confirmation, depending on size, material, and current queue volume.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Available pickup and shipping choices appear in Shopify checkout after you enter your address.
Can you help me design or fix my model?
Yes. Design assistance can cover modeling, repair, and print optimization.
What is your reprint policy?
If a part does not meet the agreed specification because of an error on our end, we will make it right.
Do you print large objects?
Yes. Large models can use extended build-volume printers or be printed in sections for assembly.
